Returns

1. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
   • They arrive damaged or defective.
   • You receive the wrong product.
2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
4. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare products.
• Products purchased under sale or promotional offers.

Refunds

1. Refunds will be initiated once the returned product passes quality checks.
2. Refunds will be refunded via the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
3. Ineligible returns will be sent back without a refund.
